Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent internationally recognized HSE qualification. Active

ADNOC Approval

as HSE Officer (only candidates with valid ADNOC approval will be considered).

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles, preferably within ADNOC projects or major Oil & Gas environments in the UAE. Hands-on experience in Client HSE Audit preparations, participation in audits, and close-out of audit findings. Proven track record in Road Safety programs implementation and monitoring, including driver safety and journey management compliance. Strong background in monthly HSE statistics reporting to ADNOC or equivalent regulatory authority.

Skills and Competencies

Capable of conducting HSE inductions, orientations, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns for workforce. Proficient in preparing, implementing, and monitoring HSE Plans, Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), welfare arrangements, and emergency response procedures in line with ADNOC standards. Competent in conducting site inspections, internal audits, and compliance verification with ADNOC standards. Skilled in incident/accident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation. Ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders (operations and project teams) and external stakeholders (client and regulators). Strong knowledge and application of Road Safety guidelines and Journey Management Plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory;

Hindi

Additional Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license (preferred).
