HSE Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:

Implementing and monitoring HSE management systems in accordance with local regulations and company policies
Conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, internal audits, and site evaluations
Delivering HSE training sessions, awareness programs, and regular toolbox talks
Ensuring availability, proper use, and maintenance of safety equipment and PPE
Investigating incidents and accidents, preparing reports, and recommending preventive actions
Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification
Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience within steel structures, heavy manufacturing, or a similar industry
Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and HSE regulations
Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills
Experience handling ISO audits for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an added advantage
Open to candidates of any nationality
