Job Description
Hiring HSE Engineer / HSE Officer / HSE Coordinator
Location: Offshore Islands , Abu Dhabi
Reports to: Team Leader, Logistics
Salary :9350 AED
Rotational Shift : 60/30
Key Responsibilities
Ensure site operations comply with company HSE standards & procedures
Conduct risk assessments & manage work permits
Deliver HSE awareness & job-specific training to personnel
Maintain reporting & lead incident investigations with proper documentation
Develop & implement inspection and emergency drill schedules
Coordinate with company HSE engineers for updates & compliance reviews
Drive HSE campaigns and ensure contractor performance meets ADNOC standards
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering / Science
Minimum 8 years of HSE experience, including 35 years in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry
Strong communication skills (English, written & verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to work day & night operations
Valid UAE light duty driving license (Defensive Driving Course required)
Certifications
NEBOSH IGC and/or HSE Diploma
Hazardous Material Handling & Storage by Sea Awareness
