Position: HSE Officer Job Role: The HSE Officer ensures the organization's compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, fostering a secure workplace. Key Responsibilities: Policy Implementation- Implement and enforce company HSE policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace. Develop and implement control measures to mitigate identified risks. Training and Awareness: Conduct HSE training programs for employees to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety. Keep employees informed about relevant safety practices and regulations. Incident Management: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate records of incidents and corrective actions. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans. Conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies. Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections of facilities and operations to identify and correct unsafe conditions. Coordinate with relevant departments to address compliance issues. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety inspections, training, and incidents. Prepare reports on HSE performance for management review. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into their processes. Collaborate with external agencies and authorities on HSE matters. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. HSE certifications (preferred) Nebosh, OSHA Proven HSE experience. Must be a ADNOC approved HSE Officer Skills: Risk assessment and management. Incident investigation. Training program development. Emergency response planning. Vertical: Engineering
