We are now looking for another team member to join us in HSE Department as the HSE Manager based in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE) and overseeing the safety operations of GCC cluster.

• Develops the HSE Management System standards and identifies safety roles and responsibilities across the organization.
• Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
• Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
• Provides motivation and familiarization of all Company employees respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided.
• Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their clients interactions concerned with Health and Safety at work.
• Conducts safety audits both internal and external.
• leads accident / incident investigation analysis and findings, and ensures development and implementation of action plans.
• Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
• Builds capability by assessing needs, carrying out in-house safety trainings, building campaigns, etc.
• Performs Risk Assessment.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master degree in safety engineering or industrial safety/Environment or equivalent engineering.

• 10 or above years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment.

Good knowledge of English.
