Job Description
Our client, a leading contracting company in the region, is seeking an experienced
HSE Manager
to ensure full regulatory compliance, safeguard employee health, and minimize environmental impact across major road infrastructure projects.The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering or HSE-related degree, has at least 10 years of managerial experience in road infrastructure--specifically with
performance-based contracts (PBC) outside the MENA region
--and possesses strong knowledge of HSE management systems, audit processes, incident investigation, and ISO standards (ISO 45001/14001).Professional certifications such as
NEBOSH or CSP
are preferred, whileQatar project experience is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, the ability to develop HSE and emergency response plans, and expertise in root cause analysis and H2S hazard control are essential for success in this role.Job Type: Full-time
