HSE Manager (ADNOC Offshore Project)

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced

HSE Manager

with a proven track record in managing large-scale offshore projects to ensure that

project HSE objectives

are achieved. The HSE Manager will

lead all construction and operational HSE efforts

, ensuring compliance with

ADNOC Offshore standards

, project procedures, and

Shareholder expectations

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all

HSE activities

throughout project phases in alignment with ADNOC Offshore HSE Management Systems and Codes of Practice (COPs). Ensure project HSE objectives, targets, and KPIs are established and achieved in compliance with ADNOC and UAE regulatory requirements. Provide

strategic HSE leadership

and guidance to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Manage risk assessments and safety studies to mitigate hazards and ensure safe project execution. Direct

incident investigation and root-cause analysis

, ensuring lessons learned are implemented effectively. Lead audits, inspections, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement in safety performance. Coordinate with ADNOC Offshore HSE representatives, contractors, and the Project Management Consultant (PMC) team to ensure unified safety practices. Promote a strong

safety culture

through proactive engagement, training, and leadership by example.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree

in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.

NEBOSH International General Certificate / Diploma

or equivalent HSE qualification (mandatory). ADNOC Offshore

HSE Induction / PTW certification

preferred.

Minimum 15 years of HSE-related experience

, including

at least 10 years in a managerial or supervisory role

on major oil & gas or offshore projects. Demonstrated experience in

PMC environments

and working directly with ADNOC Offshore or similar clients. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
