Hse Lead
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies and programs.
Lead and supervise site HSE teams and inspectors.
Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Review and approve safety plans and procedures.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
Provide training and mentorship to site staff on HSE matters.
Report on HSE performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
3-15 years of relevant experience with Tier 1 contractor.
Proven experience in villa/building construction projects.
Graduate in any discipline.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of safety standards and legislation.
Must be available in UAE for face-to-face interview.
