Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with
RTA HSE standards
and project safety requirements.
Monitor and implement HSE policies and procedures across road and infrastructure sites.
Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions.
Prepare and submit safety documentation, reports, and incident investigations to stakeholders and authorities.
Collaborate with project engineers and site teams to proactively manage site risks.
Ensure proper safety signage, PPE usage, and site housekeeping standards are maintained.
Liaise with RTA and consultants for safety audits and approvals.
Requirements:
RTA Approved
as an HSE Engineer (Mandatory)
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Civil Engineering
Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
NEBOSH IGC
(International General Certificate) - Mandatory
Minimum 5+ years
of HSE experience in
roads, diversions, bridges, and infrastructure projects
in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, RTA requirements, and local authority compliance
Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination skills
Do you have a Civil Engineering Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree (BE)?
Do you hold a diploma certificate in Safety?
Do you have over 5+ years of work experience in Dubai on road and infrastructure projects?
