Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to join our client's team at a prestigious recreational club in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures aligned with UAE regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to staff and contractors.
- Monitor and enforce safe work practices across all club activities, including sports, leisure, and food & beverage operations.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other regulatory authorities.
- Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses, recommending preventive measures.
- Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and records for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure effective crisis management planning.
- 3 years experience in a similar position.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
