Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records, including risk assessments, incident reports, and method statements.
Assist with site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks, ensuring follow-ups and corrective actions are completed.
Manage documentation - reviewing, organizing, distributing, and archiving safety-related files.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and compliance updates for management.
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining registers.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and auditors to meet compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree Administration, or a related field.
Preferably female candidates with 3-5 years of experience document control and administration.
Knowledge of UAE laws and international safety standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask.
