Key Responsibilities

HSE Documentation & Reporting

Develop and maintain HSE plans, risk assessments, incident reports, and procedure manuals. Prepare and submit monthly HSE performance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies. Maintain up-to-date records of safety audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

Site Safety Management

Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Implement and monitor safety protocols aligned with UAE regulations (e.g., OSHAD, ADOSH). Lead accident and incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures.

Training & Compliance

Organize toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training sessions for staff and subcontractors. Ensure all personnel are aware of emergency procedures and proper use of PPE. Monitor subcontractor compliance with project-specific HSE requirements.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and external auditors to align safety goals. Attend client and internal meetings to present HSE updates and action plans. Support the implementation of ISO 45001 and other relevant standards.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (Level 3 or higher). Minimum

5-10 years

of HSE experience in civil construction projects in the UAE. Strong command of
