We are looking for an

HSE Coordinator

for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Doha, Qatar with trips offshore

Start Date: JAN-2026

End Date: DEC-2026

Wort status: Residential, Single

Qualification and Experience Required:

10 to 15 years of experience in offshore and offshore construction HSE. Knowledge of international safety legislation, codes of practice, etc., audit/inspection techniques, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other ISO standards are a plus. Thorough understanding of HSE management systems and risk management processes. Familiarity with safety regulations and standards, such as OSHA and local regulations Previous experience in a large multinational taskforce environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Training qualifications:

NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent. T-BOSIET H2S/ Escape BA Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA EBS +MK 50 Awareness) Electrical Habilitation-L-1 English proficiency: B2 level or equivalent.
Accountabilities

Supervisory Oversight: Guides HSE Supervisors to ensure compliance with HSE requirements and fulfilment of HSE matrix as per COMPANY standards. Strategic Safety Alignment: Ensures site safety activities align with operational safety goals across offshore and onshore locations. Technical Collaboration: Works with Senior HSE Engineers to implement safety controls and support departmental activities. Performance Monitoring: Collects and analyzes HSE data to report trends, ensure compliance, and recommend corrective actions. Communication & Coordination: Facilitates collaboration between field teams, engineers, and leadership to maintain a unified safety culture. Policy & Culture Integration: Implements HSE Policy across sites, embedding safety principles into daily operations and reinforcing safety culture.
