Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible in providing assistance to all aspects related to quality assurance and quality control; Ensure that appropriate changes/revisions made to Company procedures and forms after approval from the GM is well communicated across organization and strictly implemented. Prepares appropriate filing of documents. Maintains records of management system, and schedule meetings such as management review meetings or make other special arrangements as required. Creates new files and updates logs and other computer information as needed. Ensure proper implementation and compliance of the Company's Quality Management System. Periodic site inspection and off-site inspection (inter-office departments) Completion of necessary documentation to verify every work performed Ensuring audit inspections (both external and internal) are implemented Report to the QHSE Manager on deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System Preparation of quality documentation such as internal audit reports, minutes of management meetings in a presentable manner in accordance with the conditions of contract; Works independently and in team settings in and off-site projects as required;

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in administration and/or technical degree/diploma Background experience in QHSE preferred but not limited, Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage but not a must Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to met established deadlines Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a computer/laptop including Microsoft Office applications and other software applications can be an advantage such as Adobe Photoshop, CAD among other relevant programs Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, superiors/managers, clients and other external contacts;
