Assume overall responsibility for HACCP certificate status on quality assurance of the application and maintenance process of the qualification/certificate. Conduct inspections and audits to identify improvement and to support management and team leaders to maintain compliance with expected food safety & hygiene standards. Provide in-house training in food safety and hygiene where required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or any related field At least 3 years experience in the similar role with quality assurance, food safety, audit or consulting experience from hospitality industry Must have HACCP, NEBOSH or IOSH certification Seniority level
