Implement HSE measures day-to-day, supporting senior HSE leadership and ensuring compliance across BAU and contractor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
Conduct on-site HSE audits, inspections, and incident reporting.
Ensure contractor compliance with RAMS and HSE policies.
Support safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training rollouts

EDUCATION:
NEBOSH IGC (minimum); NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Specialist training certifications (fire safety, first aid, working at height
QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years' HSE experience in construction or events operations.
Familiarity with KSA codes, Civil Defense, and GCC best practices.
* kSA experience a must.
