About the job:
Kent are looking for a HRSS / P&C Coordinator to be based in the UAE
Your Responsibilities:
Shared Services case work as assigned for various regions in the Middle East
Benefits enrolment, initiate payments and processing Company Cars and Pension
Support of HRSS/P&C cyclical processes including year-end compensation, talent management/succession planning, Employee Opinion Survey and diversity reporting, and various other projects/ad-hoc requests
Partner with internal HRSS/P&C teams and functions i.e., P&C Operations, recruitment, and finance, to resolve manager and employee questions within defined timelines
Should possess knowledge and awareness of the employee life cycle administrative duties and all people policies and procedures.
Keeps up to date with the local labour law of designated Kent regions
Maintains data integrity of the P&C Systems
Plans and prioritises workload to ensure Key business processes are delivered as per the expectations set.
Reviews, and validates processes and systems to enhance the compliance and accuracy of all shared Services practices
Gathers data and maintains accurate reporting on HRSS/P&C activities and ad-hoc reporting per P&C Operations requests, utilizing Oracle, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, Tableau, or other data analytics/visualization tools
Prompt research of escalated cases to bring to a fast resolution
Coordinate training sessions, events and seminars as assigned
Deliver the orientations and onboarding experience of new hires to include the maintenance of e-files and all necessary confidential data.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Qualification/ Certification:
Bachelor's or Associate Degree in human resources, business/Administration, or previous relevant work experience
Strong verbal, written and communication skills, good attention to details
Uses good time management and prioritizes daily tasks
Minimum of 5 + years of administrative/coordinator experience
CIPD certification is an advantage
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as HRSS/P&C coordinator or relevant People and Culture/administrative position
Excellent oral and written communication and skills
Ability to communicate and build partnerships with all levels of management and employees
Experience with HRIS and other databases (e.g. Oracle, Concur)
Proactive and takes initiative in seeing tasks to completion
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Ability to multitask
Knowledge of P&C processes and best practices
