In this context, the Digital Services department is accountable to provide high quality and efficient HR services via diverse channels (HR platform, service desk, HR professionals...), either delivered by the team or the operating companies. It also drives industrialization, simplification and implementation of the HR processes and tools and improve employee's experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES The position will report directly to the GOT IS manager in day-to-day operations. GOT IS team is working with HR, communication and other transversal projects, digital systems, tools and processes both in local and global environment. Senior GOT IS Analyst main activities:
Governance of the systems and tools in scope of GOT IS team (Servicenow, Oracle and others)
User administration of the tools
Business analysis on HR, Communications and Facilities team's requests and solutions
Project management/business analysis in local and global projects (Reorganization, automation, globalization related projects)
Leading one or several of GOT IS BAU streams/activities (ie On-off boarding)
Coordination between multiple teams and stakeholders both in BAU and project mode
Documentation update and data management
SKILLS
Min. experience of 1 year as IT consultant or business analyst.
Experience in the field of HRIS will be appreciated: Performance, WFA, recruitment, compensation
Ability to work in a matrix environment and in parallel on multiple topics
Ability to manage stakeholders across the company
Project management skills
Fluent in French and English
Fast learner
