Job Description

Role Summary
Provision of HRIS administrative support within the Corporate HR department. Enhancing performance of HR technologies. Including optimizing performance of HR systems, gathering data, and making recommendations based on performance metrics. The HRIS Analyst will also be required to design new HRIS processes.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS.
  • Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Ensure quality of data within the HRIS i.e., verifying accuracy, and immediately correct any errors identified.
  • Monitor data integrity and consistency between Workday and other systems.
  • Ensure compliance with existing GDPR laws.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the HRIS and provide excellent customer service to all employees.
  • Provide technical support for all new HRIS functionality deployments.
  • Provide guidance to HR Coordinators to ensure that correct processes are followed when entering information in the HR system, as well as other downstream systems like SkillsVX and TrainingPortal.
  • Assist regions in their needs surrounding the HRIS and other downstream connected systems (SkillsVX and Training portal).
  • Provide training and support to new HRIS users.
  • Provide training to the HRIS users that may include refresher trainings for system updates.
  • Recommend new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
  • Collaborate with HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
  • Develop and implement new processes as directed by the Lead HRIS Advisor.
  • Any other tasks/projects as appointed by Line Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
  • College degree in Business / Human Resources / Information Technology field preferred.
Experience
  • Experience within a similar HRIS Administration role.
  • Experience with data entry / maintenance of employee information using established ERP systems.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Organization and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and MS Excel (or equivalent software).
  • Workday experience advantageous.
