Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and challenges, providing HR guidance and insights.
Develop and implement HR Plans that align with business objectives, ensuring effective talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
Conduct workforce planning and talent management activities, identifying skill gaps, and developing succession plans to support organizational growth.
Provide expertise and guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and best practices.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations management.

Qualifications:
