About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting a
logistics, supply chain, or blue-collar workforce
, acting as a trusted advisor to management while driving HR initiatives aligned with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and provide HR guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and retention.
Align HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and efficiency in logistics and warehouse operations.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving workplace issues and fostering a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
Support employee engagement initiatives tailored to a blue-collar workforce, promoting open communication and employee satisfaction.
Talent Management & Development
Work with line managers to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and training requirements.
Support the recruitment of operational roles by collaborating with the talent acquisition team to ensure timely hiring.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee HR administrative processes related to onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and disciplinary actions for operational teams.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies across all HR practices.
Performance Management
Facilitate annual performance reviews and feedback processes for frontline teams, supporting managers in addressing underperformance and rewarding high achievers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in
logistics, supply chain, or managing blue-collar employees
.
Familiarity with UAE labor law and employment regulations.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across levels.
Excellent communication skills in
English
; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
