Key Requirements To develop and deliver people management strategies Cover the full HR spectrum, including recruitment and talent development Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns Contribute at both a strategic and operational level Provide expert professional advice and support to staff on all aspects of people management
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 10 years HR experience
Degree qualified \xe2\x80\x93 Ideally within HR or relevant subject
Experience within a global business
