Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain administrative and employee records.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Prepare and manage employment contracts, warnings, and leave tracking.
Coordinate with government authorities when needed (visa, residence, health insurance, etc.).
Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Track attendance and prepare reports for management.
Support management with any additional administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
Strong communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
Transferable visa or willingness to relocate sponsorship (visa will be provided).
