The HR Typist is responsible for preparing and typing all documents related to employee visa processing, labour contracts, and government transactions. The role supports the HR and PRO departments by ensuring accurate data entry, timely submissions, and compliance with UAE immigration and labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
Visa & Government Documentation
Prepare, type, and process all visa-related paperwork, including:
+ New visas, renewals, cancellations
+ Entry permits and visa stamping forms
+ Emirates ID typing
+ Medical test applications Handle submissions through UAE government systems:

Assist with employee onboarding documentation (passport copies, photos, forms).
Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical).
Track visa, labour card, passport, and Emirates ID expiries.
Generate reports related to visa status and government applications.
Coordinate with employees and departments to collect necessary documents.
Compliance & Coordination
Ensure all documentation complies with UAE Labour Law and immigration procedures.
Review and verify employee information before submission.
Maintain confidentiality and proper record-keeping.
Support PRO operations as needed.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Diploma or Bachelors degree preferred.
1 to 2 years of experience
as an HR Typist, Visa Typist, or PRO Assistant in the UAE.
Strong understanding of MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, Amer, and Tasheel systems.
Skills & Competencies
Arabic typing experience is mandatory or highly preferred.
Strong English communication skills.
Fast and accurate typing speed.
Excellent attention to detail and error-free data entry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred
Experience supporting visa processing for large workforces.
Familiarity with visa quotas, WPS, and onboarding workflows.
Experience in Facilities Management is an added advantage.
