Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise for Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Oracle Learning Management (OLM), and iRecruitment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues such as workflow failures, concurrent program errors, and data inconsistencies.
Ensure support for statutory and regulatory compliance, particularly for Payroll (tax updates, reporting).
Integrate Oracle HRMS with third-party applications and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver efficient, scalable HRMS solutions.
