About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive
HR & Talent Acquisition Officer
to manage our human resources operations and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end hiring for various automotive and administrative positions while ensuring smooth HR operations including visa processing, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
This role requires a dynamic professional with strong communication skills, in-depth HR knowledge, and proven recruitment experience within the UAE market.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates.
Identify, attract, and retain top talent for both technical and non-technical roles.
Maintain and expand candidate databases through various sourcing channels.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Handle visa processing, renewals, and coordination with UAE government entities (MOHRE, Immigration, etc.).
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Process payroll and WPS submissions in compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Support performance evaluations, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE law.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in HR and recruitment within the UAE.
Proven track record in
talent acquisition and workforce planning

Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and PRO documentation.
Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English;
Arabic is an advantage
.
Male candidates preferred (for handling external PRO and government-related tasks).
