We are a fast-growing real estate firm looking for a
strong HR Manager
who can
build systems, not babysit people
. This role is critical. If you've only handled payroll and leaves, this job is not for you.
You will be responsible for
hiring performance-driven sales teams
, enforcing discipline, building HR policies from scratch, and ensuring productivity across departments.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end
recruitment
for sales, CRM, channel partners, site teams, and corporate roles
Design and enforce
HR policies, SOPs, and compliance
Create
performance management systems
(KPIs, incentives, appraisals)
Handle
employee discipline, attrition control, and conflict resolution
Drive
sales hiring velocity
(brokers, closers, managers)
Oversee
attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
Build onboarding, training coordination, and exit processes
Act as management's backbone not an employee lobbyist
Must-Have Requirements
Proven HR experience
in real estate or high-pressure sales organizations
Strong understanding of
sales hiring & incentive structures
Can handle
difficult conversations and terminations
without hesitation
Policy-driven mindset -- not emotional decision-making
Excellent command over labor laws & compliance
Ability to work directly with founders/leadership
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience scaling teams from 20 ? 100+
Exposure to CRM-based sales teams
MBA in HR or equivalent
