KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Talent Acquisition

Support end?to?end recruitment activities across multiple departments Source candidates through job boards Screen CVs and shortlist qualified profiles Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Performance Management

Support the implementation and administration of performance management cycles Analyze performance data and prepare reports Identify performance gaps and recommend development interventions

REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field 2 years of experience in recruitment and performance management Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

Recruitment (UAE): 2 years (Required) Onboarding: 2 years (Required) Performance Evaluation: 2 years (Required)
Language:

* Tagalog (Required)
