Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Support resource to assist the HR team with day-to-day operational and administrative activities. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior HR professionals looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities such as resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking
Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination
Prepare reports and support HR operations as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
0-2+ years of HR experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic understanding of HR processes
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
