Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar labor regulations.
Support performance management and training programs.
Handle payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be
locally available in Qatar
with valid QID and transferable visa.
