Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise end-to-end HR operations, including full-cycle recruitment, streamlined onboarding, and proactive employee relations. Government Relations Management: Lead the processing of work permits, visas, and labor contracts via UAE portals (MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA), ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness. Compliance & Audit: Serve as the subject matter expert on UAE Labor Law, ensuring all company policies and practices remain compliant with current regulations. Policy Development: Design, implement, and periodically audit HR policies and SOPs to align with organizational growth and legal updates. Strategic Reporting: Oversee the maintenance of digital and physical employee records; prepare insightful HR metrics and reports for senior management to support data-driven decision-making. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Supervise payroll processing, WPS compliance, and leave management systems to ensure precision and employee satisfaction. Performance & Culture: Drive performance management cycles (KPIs/Appraisals) and support employee development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture. Conflict Resolution: Act as a senior point of contact for complex employee grievances, providing mediation and resolving issues in line with company values.

Requirements:



Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or supervisory role. Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of UAE Labor Law and hands-on experience with government platforms (MOHRE, Immigration). Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (English is a must; Arabic or other languages are a plus for the Dubai market). Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office (especially Excel for reporting). Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, negotiate effectively, and handle sensitive/confidential information with the highest level of integrity. Attributes: Strong problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
