Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1.

Staffing

.

Maintain proper documentation for employment visas and labor cards.
2.

Onboarding & Orientation



Conduct induction programs for new employees. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, UAE labor laws, and DTCM regulations. Prepare contracts, HR files, and ensure proper entry in HR systems.
3.

Employee Relations



Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and issues. Mediate conflicts and provide solutions aligned with hotel policies. Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
4.

Payroll & Benefits



Payroll preparation and ensure accurate payment of salaries and allowances. Administer employee benefits, health insurance, and end-of-service settlements in compliance with UAE labor law. Coordinate with finance to ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
5.

Training & Development



Ensure mandatory training (e.g., health & safety, hospitality standards, DTCM compliance) is completed.
6.

Performance Management



Maintain accurate performance records and provide reports to management. Support corrective actions and disciplinary procedures as needed.
7.

Compliance & Records



Ensure hotel compliance with

UAE labor law

and

DTCM regulations

, including licensing and Emiratization quotas. Maintain HR files, personnel records, and confidential documents. Submit regular HR reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.
8.

Employee Health & Safety



Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain workplace safety and hygiene standards. Ensure employees are aware of emergency procedures and DTCM safety guidelines.
9.

HR Administration



Prepare HR reports, headcount, turnover statistics, and other metrics for management. Update HR systems with leave, attendance, and employee status changes. Handle exit procedures, final settlements, and offboarding processes efficiently.
10.

Other Duties



Support hotel management in implementing HR policies and initiatives. Assist in audits, inspections, and DTCM compliance checks. Keep up-to-date with UAE labor law changes, DTCM rules, and HR best practices.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
