Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR functions including payroll, leave management, and employee relations
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and internal HR policies
Support department heads in performance management and employee development
Maintain and update HR records and documentation
Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
Supervise and guide HR team members
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in Qatar
In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices
Experience with payroll systems and recruitment platforms
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Compensation:
Salary range:
QAR 6,000 - 8,000 depending on experience
