HR SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced

HR Supervisor

to oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will supervise HR activities, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, support employee development, and lead HR initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

HR Operations & Supervision

Employee Relations & Development

Support employee training and development programs.

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related concerns.

Ensure effective implementation of HR best practices across the organization.

Provide prioritization of HR work assignments and efficient use of HR resources.

Supervise and manage

labor camp operations

, ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations. Handle

manpower allocation

across projects based on operational requirements and workforce planning. Coordinate and process

manpower transfers

between projects, camps, and departments, ensuring proper documentation and system updates. Maintain accurate records of manpower deployment, attendance, and transfers. Liaise with

project managers and site supervisors

to ensure adequate manpower availability and productivity. Oversee

project manpower supervision

, ensuring HR support for project execution and workforce efficiency. Address workforce-related issues at camps and project sites, including grievances and disciplinary matters. Ensure accommodation, transportation, and welfare facilities for employees meet company and statutory standards. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirements

5-7 years of progressive HR experience

, including

3+ years in a supervisory or senior HR role

. Minimum

2+ years of HR experience in UAE

Experience working in organizations with

1,000+ employees

is preferred.

HR certifications (SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP)

Fluent in English & Arabic. Basic proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage
