Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage employee relations, Payroll, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update HR records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Support performance management activities and HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
Coordinate with departments to address HR-related needs.
Prepare HR reports and support management in decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, including supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of
Saudi Labor Law
and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Ability to join immediately.
