Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage HR operations
at project sites
to ensure smooth coordination between site teams and the head office.
Monitor attendance, manpower distribution, and daily site HR requirements.
Handle onboarding and mobilization of new employees to project sites.
Prepare and manage site-level HR documentation, contracts, and employee files.
Address employee concerns at the site and support conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with site management regarding workforce planning and staffing needs.
Follow up on payroll inputs, overtime, leaves, and site allowances.
Participate in audits and prepare HR reports for management.
Maintain strong communication between HR, project managers, and site teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience
, preferably in construction or contracting companies.
Experience working
at project sites
is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and site HR practices.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
