Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs.
Maintain and update job descriptions.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source candidates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on real estate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
