As HR Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Talent, you will look after the Talent Resourcing, the administrative side of Performance Management, Career Development, Colleague profiles in HR Information System, Progressive Discipline and Personnel Files Management

Some of your main role responsibilities are:
  • Manages all aspects of the recruitment process including; preparation of advertisements, create & developing job descriptions, selection of qualified applicants and reference checks
  • Posts jobs as per requirements and approval of the dhr and gm, shortlists candidates and shares with relevant departmental leaders.
  • Ensures all hiring, promotions etc. Are as per the approved budget.
  • Conducts interviews till supervisory level jobs and provides recommendations to relevant leaders, manages the reference checks process, prepares offer letters, follows up with relevant candidates, regrets to unsuccessful candidates, and prepares all paperwork necessary for the new colleagues joining the hotel.
  • Explains all salary, benefits, etc. To new colleagues and answers all questions with knowledge of the Local Labour Law.
  • Acts as point of contact for all candidates and new hires.
  • Discusses and recommends good financial management of sourcing new talent
  • Sets up various assessments as per budget for recruiting ad managing the right talent in the company.
  • Coordinates with a relevant colleague in hr or makes travel arrangements for new colleagues for joining.
  • Ensures job descriptions are available and updated for all positions
  • Ensures the new joiner receives a great room to have a great start experience
  • Facilitates the joining formalities of new colleagues, including administrative preparation of their arrival.
  • Supervises the 30, 60, 90 days chats by new hire colleagues\xe2\x80\x99 line managers and follows up on probationary period evaluations, and yearly review.
  • Provides admin support for all performance management activities.
  • Makes recommendations for internal transfers, promotions up to supervisory levels to dhr in line with budgets.
  • Manages nominations and voting for colleague of the months, supervisor & manager of the quarter
  • With the knowledge of Local Labour Law, advise on progressive disciplinary actions, prepare the letter, and maintain a record.
  • Maintains weekly, monthly turn over and diversity reports
  • Works closely with public relations officer in making visas for all new joiners.
Ideally, you\'ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we\'re looking for:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or similar qualification in Human Resources/Legal field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years background in a Human Resources position within the Human resources Department is preferred.
  • Proficient in recruitment system, HR System, MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all Human Resources-related matters
  • Fluent in English. Other languages is an advantage.
