Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Specialist with a minimum of 6 years of UAE experience in the interior design and interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions, support project-based manpower planning, and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll coordination

-Handle recruitment for interior design and fit-out roles such as Interior Designers, Draftsmen, Project Managers, Site Engineers, QS, Foremen, and Skilled Labor

-Oversee visa processing, labour contracts, renewals, and PRO coordination

-Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems

-Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies

-Support performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures

-Plan and manage manpower requirements for design studios and multiple project sites

-Coordinate inductions, training programs, and HSE documentation

-Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and HR queries

Requirements & Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

-Minimum 6 years of UAE HR experience in interior design and/or interior fit-out companies (mandatory)

-Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices

-Experience working in project-based and site-driven environments

-Proficiency in HR systems and MS Excel

-Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

-Ability to manage both white-collar and blue-collar workforce

-Experience supporting multiple sites and fast-track projects

-Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
