Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and overseas manpower mobilization in compliance with UAE labor laws.
Manage HR administration, payroll, employee records, and performance review cycles.

Support management with strategic planning, process improvement, and workforce development.
Utilize HRIS/ERP systems and MS Office tools to maintain accurate and efficient operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 4 years of HR experience (event industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
