Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and extending employment offers.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
• Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in collaboration with finance or external payroll providers.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate and conduct training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR compliance.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism, confidentiality, and a focus on timely resolution.
• Assist in employee offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, talent management, and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in an ecommerce or technology-driven organization.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a diverse team.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
• Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations is highly desirable.
