We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to oversee and manage all aspects of our human resources practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including planning, job postings, CV screening, and conducting interviews.
Oversee payroll and ensure accurate salary and wage calculations.
Lead employee performance evaluations and handle the training and development programs.
Manage all HR and administrative-related functions within the company.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
2-3 years of HR experience in the UAE
Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
