About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on role with a significant impact, offering the opportunity to drive key strategic initiatives that shape the future of our people and culture. You will be a central figure in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with UAE regulations, all while fostering a positive and engaging employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, with a primary focus on:
? Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct benchmarking and analysis to ensure our packages remain competitive in the Dubai market.
  • Process payroll in coordination with finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage employee insurance and other benefit enrollments and inquiries.
? Performance Management:
  • Support the full cycle of the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end appraisals.
  • Guide managers and employees on effective performance feedback and development discussions.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and support talent decisions.
? Learning & Development:
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain L&D records.
? Employee Engagement:
  • Act as a custodian of company culture, helping to develop and implement initiatives that boost morale and engagement.
  • Support employee communication and feedback channels (e.g., surveys, focus groups).
  • Assist in organizing company events and recognition programs.
? HR Systems & Compliance:
  • Maintain and optimize our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on UAE Labor Law, ensuring all policies and practices are fully compliant.
  • Manage employee visas, permits, and other government-related processes.
  • Prepare and maintain all required HR documentation and reports.
Who We Are Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist, preferably within the UAE/GCC region.
  • In-depth, practical knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, compensation & benefits administration, and performance management cycles.
  • Immediate availability to start a 6-month contract in Dubai.
