Oversee daily HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy in electronic systems.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating interviews with candidates.
Monitor attendance and prepare accurate monthly payroll reports.
Support the HR Manager in managing leaves, contracts, renewals, and terminations.
Participate in employee training and development programs.
Implement HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Coordinate with government authorities and electronic systems such as
Qiwa, Mudad,... etc
to ensure full compliance.
Prepare periodic reports for senior management and analyze HR data when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years
of experience in HR.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government electronic systems (
Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem,... etc
).
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work as part of a team and take ownership of responsibilities.
