Job Description
:
Update, maintain and archive HR master data and other relevant employee information in the HR systemAssist in the implementation of a new HR system
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, layoffs and offboarding
Assist with registration and follow-up of courses and competence
Ensure interaction across companies and joint execution of processes and services
Register incoming inquiries, analyze, identify development areas and work on continuous improvement
Assist with reporting
