Job Description

Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation with time attendance. Handling all employees queries, Orientations , Insurance , Medical, Hiring process ,Payroll Functions, Liasioning with Beneficial providers and vendors, Answering employee queries , maintain all necessary files and documentations, Insurance , Auto Assets , Tracking , Sap implementation on HR /Payroll. Conducts or assists with new hire orientation. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations. Provides clerical support to the MD &Proficient with SAP software. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy and attention to detail Age Above 35 \xe2\x80\x93 Local Market Experience 4 Years Minimum in UAE. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
