- Resumes screening, interviews scheduling, collecting all necessary documents.
- Compensation analysis/ English test / behavioural and psychometric assessments / reference checks
- Prepare an Offer Letter / joining bonus letter.
- Obtain Security clearance, Prepare Employment contract.
- Full onboarding (offices, accesses, accommodation, transportation, medicals, qualification attestation, visas)
- Management of recruitment firms and subsequent invoices.
- Experience of working on MS Dynamics 365.
