Responsible for Group Recruitment & Selection.
Interview candidates, and ensure proper Employee Inductions.
Develop administration standards and procedures and ensure effectiveness as per company's objectives and compliance with Labor Law.
Ensure of proper implementation of HR policy.
Develop Job descriptions for all positions.
Monitor HR Services including employee's Medical insurance, visa processing and etc.
Responsible for Payroll and related activities.
