to scale our team of commission-based agents in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who not only has a strong recruitment network and track record, but also enjoys
onboarding and training freshers
to become productive real estate professionals.
You'll be responsible for attracting qualified agents, onboarding new hires, and ensuring freshers receive the guidance they need to succeed in a commission-only sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
Source and recruit commission-based real estate agents through online portals, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and networking.
Consistently achieve a hiring target of
8 agents per month
.
Promote the company's value proposition, commission structure, support system, and growth opportunities.
2. Screening & Onboarding
Conduct phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Present company structure, commission model, and expectations clearly and professionally.
Coordinate the documentation, RERA registration, and onboarding process.
3. Fresher Training & Development
Conduct onboarding sessions for new agents covering company policies, systems (CRM, listing platforms), and sales process.
Offer basic sales, listing, and cold calling training to freshers with no prior experience.
Monitor early performance and provide support through follow-ups, role-playing, and shadowing.
Ensure each new hire is production-ready within their first 2 weeks.
4. Reporting & Strategy
Maintain a recruitment pipeline and report hiring progress weekly.
Work with management to align recruitment with business targets and team needs.
Track fresher agent performance and retention metrics to measure onboarding effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in real estate recruitment
in Dubai
Ability to recruit
commission-based agents
Previous experience
training or onboarding junior agents or sales staff
Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Russian is a plus)
Motivated, target-driven, and excellent at building relationships
Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
