Hiring for Male Only - Walk in Interview

Date : 26th July to 10th August 2024, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Location: Veesham Printing Press LLC Warehouse no. 14, Quoz, Interchange 3, Al Road, Exit Number 43 - Dubai

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Roles & Responsibility:

Screen resumes and conduct engaging initial interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Actively source candidates using social media, job portals, LinkedIn, and other creative channels Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Conduct reference checks and assist in salary negotiations Assist in onboarding and ensure a great first experience for new hires Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a consultancy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.) Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices Ability to multitask and meet hiring targets

Preferred:

Min 2 years Prior experience in End-to-end Recruitment in printing industry or in any manufacturing industry.

Pay:
